Marathon Project
J & J General Maintenance, Inc. provides union crafts, tools and equipment — and if necessary the materials — to make repairs or install new equipment for the industrial markets.
Project 02
Removal and Installation of New Rotor with use of 275 ton crane. Set Bearing Clearances on Bearings and align to 6000 HP motor.
Project 22
This Project consisted of Excavating and Hauling approx.. 125,000 CY of existing Soil, Hauling and compacting 175,000 CY of Granular backfill for tanks and Rip-Rap for soil stability. Construction of four 100’ Diameter tank rings, 1680 SF Detention Basin, 2800 LF of underground storm sewers and catch basins, 925 LF of Concrete Retaining walls, HDPE Firewater Piping and Monitors, and all associated piping for the tanks.

This Project consisted of Excavating and Hauling approx.. 125,000 CY of existing Soil, Hauling and compacting 175,000 CY of Granular backfill for tanks and Rip-Rap for soil stability. Construction of four 100’ Diameter tank rings, 1680 SF Detention Basin, 2800 LF of underground storm sewers and catch basins, 925 LF of Concrete Retaining walls, HDPE Firewater Piping and Monitors, and all associated piping for the tanks.
